FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY IS PROHIBITED TO AVOID DISTRACTIONS.
During the conference, attendees are permitted to capture images during sessions for personal and noncommercial use exclusively. However, attendees must comply with the explicit wishes of the speaker or poster presenter regarding photography. Should the content be labeled “DO NOT POST” or if an oral request has been made, attendees are expected to honor these directives by refraining from taking photographs.
